The natural antibacterial substances, Cypress Water and Houttuyina Cordata, are gifted by nature. The 83.4% Cypress Water is a natural antibacterial agent, while the Houttuyina Cordata has a soothing effect and inflammation relief. This Ear Cleaning Pad is perfect for an ear care routine, with a pure pH-balanced and softer embossed pad that will not irritate.

How many sheets do you use at a time?
Please use one sheet for each ear.

How do I store it?
In the sealed container, store at room temperature and do not expose to direct sunlight. After using, be sure to seal tightly and prevent the solution from drying out.

What is the expiration date?
The expiration date is 36 months from the date of manufacturing.

How often should I clean my pet's ears?
Use it 1-2 times a week on a set day. If you have a lot of earwax, increase the frequency.

Direction of Use

1. Take the pad with the included tweezers.
2. Roll up the pad to penetrate the cleaning solution deep inside the ears.
3. Put the pad and gently press it to allow the cleanser to flow out.
4. Massage the soaked pad and wipe gently with the back.

Recommend using it after bathing, 1-2 times per week.
Do not use on open wounds, infected wounds, or scabs on pets. Do not use on your pet’s eyes or mucous membranes.
If experiencing any abnormal symptoms or side effects, such as red spots, swelling, or itchiness, stop using it and consult a veterinarian.
